#MFU | MICRO (AIRLESS) FOAMING UNIT | TOTAL PACKAGED SYSTEM
This unit was designed, developed and built with our small use customers in mind. We get calls all the time, asking if we could clean one or two coolers. Normally, they are small coolers that must generally be cleaned at specific times. Clients who may have small square footage coolers with a limited number of coolers, are the prime users.
Our Micro (Airless) Foaming Unit (MFU), does not need air to run it and a 3/4” water hose, which is included within the package, can be used as your water source. The EF Micro Foaming Unit, is totally portable. It can be put in the back of a small truck or wheeled around your station or site by hand. It comes with a 5-gallon, self-contained cleaning agent tank, for use with Easy Foam’s Ultra Foam Cleaning Agent. You just hook-up water to the unit and it will clean up to 500 square feet of coolers before you have to refill the holding tank foaming agent.
The Micro (Airless) Foaming Unit Total Packaged Systems are available for purchase only. All necessary hoses, attachments and equipment are included within the unit package. Easy Foam Ultra Foam Cleaning Agent”, in 5-gallon pails, are required for use with the unit. Additional Easy Foam Ultra Foam Cleaning Agent is available for this unit in various put-ups. The 5-gallon pail is standard size that is shipped initially with the unit.

By magnifying the engineering of our units, with parts supplied by industry leading companies, we have maximized the longevity of our unit, while minimizing downtime.
Clients who have the ability to supply their own air and pressurized water to the unit, will find that this portable unit will handle any task that may arise during their cooler cleaning maintenance program. Our unit is totally portable. The unit has fork lift tabs built in. It can be lifted into the back of a pick-up truck, on a flatbed or just moved from location to location, with the addition of the supplied high density wheels and floor lock. This unit is extremely easy to maneuver. It can be manually wheeled throughout your plant, refinery or station. It can even be lifted up to your catwalk for maximum ease of use.
Our Ultra foam cleaning agent is stored and consumed from within our unit’s integral storage tank that sits beneath the heart of our foam/rinse chambering system. The self-contained storage tank, can hold 30-Gallons of pre-mixed cleaning agent, which you fill with Easy Foam’s “Ultra Foam Cleaning Agent”. You just add water, let sit overnight and it will clean up to between 3,000 - 3,600 square feet of your coolers, without requiring the refilling of the tank. This stands for approximately one shift of cleaning without having to refill the tank. Our unit is very sleek, extremely user friendly and has all the necessary hoses, nozzles and attachments needed, to perform your cooler cleaning maintenance.

Easy Foam Ultra© was developed to reduce the extensive costs associated with cleaning air cooled fin fan and compressor radiator coolers. It is our newest cleaning formula to date, with enhancements over our previous formulas, still continuing to provide Environmentally Safe and Biodegradable Atmospheres for fin fan cooler cleaning. Our customers will benefit from these enhancements, by cutting the time to have their coolers cleaned, in a safe, convenient and affordable manner, while reducing their water usage required for rinsing.
Easy Foam Ultra is the highest quality foam cleaning product on the market today. Easy Foam employs a chemical engineer, with a Phd., specializing in detergent formulations in the oil and gas industry. Easy Foam’s cleaning agents, are specially formulated for the cleaning of fin fan coolers. We have sourced the highest quality ingredients which are environmentally friendly, highly effective in removing dirt and debris from fin fan coolers and completely safe for equipment and personnel. Many competitors dilute active ingredients, in order to cut costs, which render the product less effective at removing contaminants. Using a slightly lower priced product could result in ineffective cleaning. For example: The suspension agents needed to hold and carry dirt from the coolers. These suspension agents have a saturation point. If insufficient quantities are used, the cleaning agent will lose it’s ability to carry dirt form the coolers and result in large amounts of dirt remaining in the coolers. Easy Foam’s cleaning agent, also contains special conditioners used to soften water and allow the coolers to be more thoroughly rinsed. Easy Foam does not claim to be the cheapest cleaning agent on the market, but it is definitely the highest quality foaming product on the market.
