Easy Foam offers two ways to have your air cooled fin fan and radiator coolers cleaned. Our first way, is by having our company's crews come out and clean your coolers for you. We call this our "Full Service Cleaning Operation" or "FSCO". The second way, is to allow our clients the opportunity to purchase our equipment and have the cleaning done by their own plant personnel, on-site maintenance crews, or by using your favorite local contractors. We call this our "Internal Self Cleaning Operation" or "ISCO".

Easy Foam specializes in the foam cleaning of air cooled fin fan coolers. Cleaning coolers is the one and only service we provide. This allows us to continuously devote our resources to the research and development of quality products, our next generation equipment and improved processes, in order to remain “An Industry Leader”.
For those clients that want or require having their air cooled fin fan coolers cleaned by an outside agency, either due to restraints in manpower, timing issues or internal resources, Easy Foam has developed a convenient, safe and affordable method of getting the job done. We call this FSCO, our “Full Service Cleaning Operation”.
Easy Foam contours this method of cleaning, towards the needs of their clients, on a case by case basis. Depending on the client’s facility and needs, Easy Foam will dispatch a crew, of their highly trained and experienced technicians, with either a foaming water truck, foaming water trailer or a combination of truck and / or trailer, to service their plant, refinery, station or site specific locations.

80-BBL FOAMING WATER TRUCK. This extremely well outfitted unit is "All-In-One". It is a geared for those clients who do not have an available water supply. You know who we are talking about. The compression stations that only have a 3/4" garden hose for water fills or stations that have no water at all.
With 4,000-gallons of available water and a complete self-contained foaming system, this unit can handle any work it comes in contact with. One vehicle, many resources. This allows our crew to work more hours without having to stop and refill with water. This minimizes downtime and increases productivity.
40-BBL WATER TRUCK WITH 10-BBL FOAMING TRAILER. This unit is very versatile. Because it works with a foaming trailer, it carries an additional 500-gallons of water. This allows refilling of the water truck while foam cooler cleaning continues through the trailer.
This unit carries 2,500-gallons of water with the capabilities to take on all types of jobs. Compression work, plant work or a mixture of both. It allows our crews to work more hours without having to stop and refill with water. This helps to minimize downtime and helps increase productivity.
20-BBL FOAMING WATER TRUCK WITH TRAILER. This unit is capable of many work situations. Because it can work with a trailer, it can carry up to an additional 1,000-gallons of water, our Soda Blasting Trailer or our Pressure Washing Trailer. This allows refilling of the water truck, while working off of the water supply on the trailer.
This unit carries 1,000-gallons of water with the capability for up to another 1,000-gallons, allowing this unit to take on all variety of jobs. Compression work, plant work or skid/cooler cleaning. It allows our crews to work more hours without having to stop and refill with water. This helps to minimize downtime and helps increase productivity.
20-BBL FOAMING WATER TRAILER WITH SODA BLASTING CAPABILITY. This unit was specifically designed for our clients that have calcium, silica or element build-up on their cooler packs. This "build-up or scale" is from constant water usage on the cooler packs. Whether it is calcium, silica or another type of element, it all begins from the water used to help cool down your coolers.
This unit carries 1,000-gallons of water with a capability for another 1,000-gallons if it is teamed with our 20-bbl Foaming Water Truck. This helps to minimize downtime and helps increase productivity.
10-BBL FOAMING WATER TRAILER WITH HOT/COLD PRESSURE WASHER CAPABILITY. This unit was specifically designed for our clients that want to have their skids degreased, in conjunction with having their fin fan coolers cleaned.
This unit carries 500-gallons of water with a capability for up to another 2,000-gallons if it is teamed with our 40-bbl Water Truck or our 20-bbl Foaming Water Truck. This helps to minimize downtime and helps increase productivity.

These units carry 500-gallons of water with a capability for up to another 2,000-gallons if it is teamed with our 40-bbl Water Truck or our 20-bbl Foaming Water Truck. This allows the refilling of the water truck, while working off of the water supply on the trailer. This minimizes downtime and increase productivity.

Reduced Labor Costs. The compact size and ease of operation of Easy Foam’s equipment, reduces the manpower required to clean an equivalent number of coolers per shift with competitive types of equipment.
You Get To Decide. That's right, you decide when to handle maintenance procedures. You can just make it part of your regular Preventive Maintenance Schedule. This eliminates the need for a contractor to inventory and transport the chemical to accomplish the cleaning each and every time it is needed. One (1) case of Ultra© Foam Cleaning Agent, weighs 46 pounds and comes in a case that is 8" x 16" x 18". One (1) case of Easy Foam Ultra©, will clean 6,000 square feet. Because of its put-up, freight costs are low, even if you need us to ship overnight.

To Save More Money For Our Clients, Easy Foam has engineered and established our “CONTAINMENT METHOD” of packaging and shipping, to ensure the safety and integrity of your shipment to its optimum, while reducing your transportation costs to their minimums.
We now can ship to our client’s, either a Standard or Extreme Foaming Unit, with all the necessary accessories needed to do all your cooler cleaning, within the type of crated container shown at the right, along with enough of our EF Ultra Foam Cleaning Agent, to clean up to 100,000 square feet of your fin fan coolers.
Once your contained shipment arrives, it takes very little time and manpower, to have your shipment unpacked and have your equipment and product ready to start your cooler cleaning. This also helps in further reducing your man hours at your facility. If you are planning annual maintenance cleaning on your coolers, once you have finished your work, clean all of equipment and accessories, along with additional cases of cleaning agent, and store inside this containment crate. That way it is safe and sound until you are ready for your next cleaning.
As far as our Micro (Airless) Foaming Units, we can palletize one unit, with twelve (12) 5-gallon pails of liquid Ultra Foam Cleaning Agent, which will clean 6,000 square feet of fin fan coolers.
